Participants are invited to submit abstracts for platform or poster presentations during the Congress.

Instructions for Submission of Abstracts:

Abstracts must be submitted to the Congress Secretariat by 31 July, 2001

Abstracts must be accompanied by Delegate Registration form with relevant payment (or a photocopy indicating prior successful registration)

Abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH on the Abstract Form (original or downloadable). Photocopies or facsimiles are NOT acceptable

Abstracts should report on work that has not been previously published

Authors should follow the style outlined in the Sample Format when submitting abstracts.

D S Nelson Trainee Prize

The RCPA offers this prize for the best oral presentation by a Trainee at the Annual Scientific Meeting. It is awarded in honor of the late Professor David Selwyn Nelson, who was the Editor of "Pathology" from 1985 to 1988

The Prize provides a cash award of AUD $1,500.

Authors should indicate on the Abstract Form if they wish to have their abstracts considered for the Prize. Applicants must submit their papers and abstracts before July 31, 2001 to the Congress Secretariat by Mail or E-mail.
